Founder and CEO of Potter’s Heart Ministry was ordained Senior Chaplain by the International Fellowship of Chaplains on December 1, 2006 and is currently an active member of the Fellowship. She received an Associate Degree in Christian Counseling from Christian Leadership University on September 7, 2008.

In addition, Chaplain Potter has completed levels 1 and 2 of In Christ’s Image Leadership Training. She has completed 3 courses with the American Association of Christian Counselors: Caring for People God’s Way, Assessment and Treatment of Sexual Addiction, and Heal our Land. She has also received 14 contact hours from the University in Maryland and completed the CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management: Group Crisis Intervention) course at Morningstar Fellowship in Fort Mill, SC. Most recently, Chaplain Potter received the right hand of fellowship as an ordained minister at Antioch Church in Fort Mill, SC on July 5, 2015
